While he was yet speaking to the multitudes, behold, his mother and his brothers stood outside, seeking to speak to him.


Now when he had risen early on the first day of the week, he appeared first to Miriam from Magdala, from whom he had cast out seven demons.


Yes, a sword will pierce through your own soul, that the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed.*


All his acquaintances, and the women who followed with him from the Galil, stood at a distance, watching these things.


One of them, named Klofah, answered him, *Are you the only stranger in Yerushalayim who doesn't know the things which have happened there in these days?*


and certain women who had been healed of evil spirits and infirmities: Miriam who was called Magdala, from whom seven demons had gone out;


Now on the first day of the week, Miriam from Magdala went early, while it was still dark, to the tomb, and saw the stone taken away from the tomb.
