The jar of meal didn't empty, neither did the jar of oil fail, according to the word of the LORD, which he spoke by Eliyahu.


They washed the chariot by the pool of Shomron; and the dogs licked up his blood (now the prostitutes washed themselves [there]); according to the word of the LORD which he spoke.


Yehoshafat was thirty-five years old when he began to reign; and he reigned twenty-five years in Yerushalayim. His mother's name was `Azuvah the daughter of Shilchi.


Achazyah the son of Ach'av began to reign over Yisra'el in Shomron in the seventeenth year of Yehoshafat king of Yehudah, and he reigned two years over Yisra'el.


Now the rest of the acts of Achazyah which he did, aren't they written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Yisra'el?

Yehoshafat his son reigned in his place, and strengthened himself against Yisra'el.


So Moshe the servant of the LORD died there in the land of Mo'av, according to the word of the LORD.
