Asa was angry with Hanani because of what he said. Asa was so mad that he put Hanani in prison. Asa was very mean and rough with some of the people at that same time.


When the prophet spoke, Amaziah said to the prophet, “We never made you an adviser to the king! Be quiet! If you don’t be quiet, you will be killed.” The prophet became quiet, but then said, “God really has decided to destroy you. Why? Because you did those bad things and didn’t listen to my advice.”


The men can go worship the Lord. That is what you asked for in the beginning. But all of your people can’t go.” Then Pharaoh sent Moses and Aaron away.


The other son was named Eliezer, [121] because when he was born, Moses said, “The God of my father helped me and saved me from the king of Egypt.”

Moses left Egypt. He left because he had faith. Moses was not afraid of the king’s (Pharaoh’s) anger. Moses continued strong like he could see the God that no person can see.
