The Spirit of God has made me, and the breath of the Almighty gives me life.
He said to me, ‘Prophesy to the breath, prophesy, son of man. Say to it: This is what the Lord God says: Breath, come from the four winds and breathe into these slain so that they may live! ’
And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Counsellor , to be with you for ever.

‘Can anyone withhold water and prevent these people from being baptised, who have received the Holy Spirit just as we have? ’
and asked them, ‘Did you receive the Holy Spirit when you believed? ’ ‘No,’ they told him, ‘we haven’t even heard that there is a Holy Spirit.’
Peter replied, ‘Repent and be baptised, each of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
