For look, the Lord is coming from his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity. The earth will reveal the blood shed on it and will no longer conceal her slain.
Woe to the wicked #– #it will go badly for them, for what they have done will be done to them.
‘I have kept silent from ages past; I have been quiet and restrained myself. But now, I will groan like a woman in labour, gasping breathlessly.

I also saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened, which is the book of life, and the dead were judged according to their works by what was written in the books.
