For there are manyrebellious men,empty talkersand deceivers,especiallythoseof the circumcision,
["Woeto you, scribesand Pharisees,hypocrites,becauseyou devourwidows'houses,and for a pretenseyou makelongprayers;thereforeyou will receivegreatercondemnation].
And whenPetercameup to Jerusalem,thosewho were circumcisedtook issuewith him,
Some mencame downfrom Judeaand [began] teachingthe brethren,"Unlessyou are circumcisedaccording to the customof Moses,you cannotbe saved."

You foolishGalatians,whohas bewitchedyou, beforewhoseeyesJesusChristwas publicly portrayed[as] crucified?
As a result,we are no longerto be children,tossed here and there by wavesand carried aboutby everywindof doctrine,by the trickeryof men,by craftinessin deceitfulscheming;
norto pay attentionto mythsand endlessgenealogies,whichgive riseto mere speculationratherthan[furthering] the administrationof Godwhich is by faith.
For some men,strayingfrom these things,have turned asideto fruitless discussion,
realizingthe factthat lawis not madefor a righteous person,but for those who are lawlessand rebellious,for the ungodlyand sinners,for the unholyand profane,for those who killtheir fathersormothers,for murderers
But evilmenand impostorswill proceed[from bad] to worse,deceivingand being deceived.
and will turn awaytheir earsfrom the truthand will turn asideto myths.
[namely], ifany manis above reproach,the husbandof onewife,havingchildrenwho believe,not accusedof dissipationorrebellion.
Ifanyonethinkshimself to be religious,and yet does not bridlehis tonguebut deceiveshis [own] heart,this man'sreligionis worthless.
Children,it is the lasthour;and justas you heardthat antichristis coming,evennowmanyantichristshave appeared;from thiswe knowthat it is the lasthour.
The one who says,"I have come to knowHim," and does not keepHis commandments,is a liar,and the truthis not in him;
Beloved,do not believeeveryspirit,but testthe spiritsto see whetherthey are from God,becausemanyfalse prophetshave goneout into the world.
But I havea few thingsagainstyou, becauseyou havetheresome who holdthe teachingof Balaam,whokept teachingBalakto puta stumbling blockbeforethe sonsof Israel,to eatthings sacrificed to idolsand to commit [acts of] immorality.
Yetthisyou do have,that you hatethe deedsof the Nicolaitans,whichI alsohate.
