And the dragon stoodon the sandof the seashore.ThenI sawa beastcomingup out of the sea,havingtenhornsand sevenheads,and on his horns[were] tendiadems,and on his heads[were] blasphemousnames.
Do you not fearMe?' declaresthe LORD.'Do you not tremblein My presence?For I have placedthe sandas a boundaryfor the sea,An eternaldecree,so it cannotcrossoverit. Though the wavestoss,yet they cannotprevail;Though they roar,yet they cannotcrossoverit.
"Then the kingwill doas he pleases,and he will exaltand magnifyhimself aboveeverygodand will speakmonstrousthingsagainstthe Godof gods;and he will prosperuntilthe indignationis finished,for that which is decreedwill be done.
"In that you sawthe feetand toes,partlyof potter'sclayand partlyof iron,it will be a dividedkingdom;but it will havein it the toughnessof iron,inasmuchas you sawthe ironmixedwith commonclay.
Whenthey have finishedtheir testimony,the beastthat comesup out of the abysswill makewarwith them, and overcomethem and killthem.
Thenanothersignappearedin heaven:and behold,a greatreddragonhavingsevenheadsand tenhorns,and on his heads[were] sevendiadems.
ThenI sawanotherbeastcomingup out of the earth;and he hadtwohornslikea lamband he spokeas a dragon.
And he deceivesthosewho dwellon the earthbecauseof the signswhichit was givenhim to performin the presenceof the beast,tellingthosewho dwellon the earthto makean imageto the beastwhohadthe woundof the swordand has come to life.
And it was givento him to givebreathto the imageof the beast,sothat the imageof the beastwould evenspeakand causeas manyas do not worshipthe imageof the beastto be killed.
And I sawsomething likea seaof glassmixedwith fire,and thosewho had been victoriousoverthe beastand his imageand the numberof his name,standingon the seaof glass,holdingharpsof God.
And I saw[coming] out of the mouthof the dragonand out of the mouthof the beastand out of the mouthof the false prophet,threeuncleanspiritslikefrogs;
"And the tenhornswhichyou saw,and the beast,thesewill hatethe harlotand will makeher desolateand naked,and will eather fleshand will burnher up with fire.
And he carried me awayin the Spiritinto a wilderness;and I sawa womansittingon a scarletbeast,fullof blasphemousnames,havingsevenheadsand tenhorns.
and on her foreheada name[was] written,a mystery,"BABYLONTHE GREAT,THE MOTHEROF HARLOTSAND OF THE ABOMINATIONSOF THE EARTH."
And I sawthe beastand the kingsof the earthand their armiesassembledto makewaragainstHim who saton the horseand againstHis army.
