But the wickedwill perish;And the enemiesof the LORDwill be like the gloryof the pastures,They vanish--like smokethey vanishaway.
and he lookeddowntowardSodomand Gomorrah,and towardallthe landof the valley,and he saw,and behold,the smokeof the landascendedlike the smokeof a furnace.
For my dayshave beenconsumedin smoke,And my boneshave been scorchedlike a hearth.
As smokeis drivenaway,[so] drive[them] away;As waxmeltsbeforethe fire,[So] let the wickedperishbeforeGod.
But let the righteousbe glad;let them exultbeforeGod;Yes, let them rejoicewith gladness.
For, behold,Your enemies,O LORD,For, behold,Your enemieswill perish;Allwho doiniquitywill be scattered.
But the wickedwill be cutofffrom the landAnd the treacherouswill be uprootedfrom it.
The priestshall offerthem up in smokeon the altar[as] food,an offeringby firefor a soothingaroma;allfatis the LORD'S.
