Then she calledthe nameof the LORDwho spoketo her, "You are a Godwhosees";for she said,"Have I evenremainedalivehereafterseeingHim?"
But I knowyour sittingdown,And your goingout and your comingin, And your ragingagainstMe.
Oneof his servantssaid,"No,my lord,O king;but Elisha,the prophetwhois in Israel,tellsthe kingof Israelthe wordsthat you speakin your bedroom."
But for Your sakewe are killedalldaylong; We are consideredas sheepto be slaughtered.
You have takenaccountof my wanderings;Putmy tearsin Your bottle.Are [they] not in Your book?
The LORDknowsthe thoughtsof man,That they are a [mere] breath.
The eyesof the LORDare in everyplace,Watchingthe eviland the good.
"But I knowyour sittingdownAnd your goingout and your comingin And your ragingagainstMe.
Then the Spiritof the LORDfellupon me, and He saidto me, "Say,'Thussaysthe LORD,"Soyou think,houseof Israel,for I knowyour thoughts.
Thussaysthe LordGOD,"Are you the oneof whomI spokein formerdaysthroughMy servantsthe prophetsof Israel,who prophesiedin thosedaysfor [many] yearsthat I would bringyou againstthem?
"For whohas despisedthe dayof smallthings?But thesesevenwill be gladwhen they seethe plumblinein the handof Zerubbabel--[these are] the eyesof the LORDwhichrangeto and frothroughoutthe earth."
And Jesusknowingtheir thoughtssaid,"Whyare you thinkingevilin your hearts?
But Jesus,knowingwhat they were thinkingin their heart,tooka childand stoodhim by His side,
Thereforedo not go on passing judgmentbeforethe time,[but wait] untilthe Lordcomeswhowill bothbring to lightthe things hiddenin the darknessand disclosethe motivesof [men's] hearts;and theneach man'spraisewill cometo him from God.
"Then it shall comeabout, whenmanyevilsand troubleshave comeupon them, that thissongwill testifybeforethem as a witness(for it shall not be forgottenfrom the lipsof their descendants);for I knowtheir intentwhichthey are developingtoday,beforeI have broughtthem into the landwhichI swore."
