The wickedare estrangedfrom the womb;These who speakliesgoastrayfrom birth.
[On account of] the sinof their mouth[and] the wordsof their lips,Let them even be caughtin their pride,And on accountof cursesand lieswhich they utter.
Destroy[them] in wrath,destroy[them] that they may be nomore;That [men] may knowthat Godrulesin JacobTo the endsof the earth.Selah.

Hearthis,you who tramplethe needy,to doawaywith the humbleof the land,
"You broodof vipers,howcanyou, beingevil,speakwhat is good?For the mouthspeaksout of that which fillsthe heart.
