One who plansto doevil,Men will calla schemer.
Do not deviseharmagainstyour neighbor,While he livessecurelybesideyou.
For the deviousare an abominationto the LORD;But He is intimatewith the upright.
As for a rogue,his weaponsare evil;He deviseswickedschemesTo destroy[the] afflictedwith slander,Even though [the] needyonespeakswhatis right.
But the wickedare like the tossingsea,For it cannotbe quiet,And its waterstossup refuseand mud.
