The priestshall then writethesecurseson a scroll,and he shall washthem offinto the waterof bitterness.
And I sawthe dead,the greatand the small,standingbeforethe throne,and bookswere opened;and anotherbookwas opened,whichis [the book] of life;and the deadwere judgedfrom the things which were writtenin the books,accordingto their deeds.
"Thereforerepentand return,sothat your sinsmay be wiped away,in orderthat timesof refreshingmay comefrom the presenceof the Lord;
"I have wipedout your transgressionslike a thickcloudAnd your sinslike a heavymist.Returnto Me, for I have redeemedyou."
"I, even I, am the one who wipesout your transgressionsfor My own sake,And I will not rememberyour sins.
HideYour facefrom my sinsAnd blotout allmy iniquities.
Be graciousto me, O God,according to Your lovingkindness;According to the greatnessof Your compassionblotout my transgressions.
"Ohthat I hadone to hearme! Behold,hereis my signature;Let the Almightyanswerme! And the indictmentwhich my adversaryhas written,
thussaysthe LORD,"Behold,I am bringingevilon thisplaceand on its inhabitants,[even] allthe curseswrittenin the bookwhichthey have readin the presenceof the kingof Judah.
"Nowtherefore, writethissongfor yourselves, and teachit to the sonsof Israel;putit on their lips,sothat thissongmay be a witnessfor Me against the sonsof Israel.
Then the LORDsaidto Moses,"Writethisin a bookas a memorialand reciteit to Joshua,that I will utterlyblotout the memoryof Amalekfrom underheaven."
and thiswaterthat bringsa curseshall gointo your stomach,and make your abdomenswelland your thighwasteaway."And the womanshall say,"Amen.Amen."
Then he shall make the womandrinkthe waterof bitternessthat bringsa curse,so that the waterwhich bringsa cursewill gointo her and [cause] bitterness.
