A cleanpersonshall takehyssopand dip[it] in the water,and sprinkle[it] on the tentand on allthe furnishingsand on the personswhowere there,and on the one who touchedthe boneorthe oneslainorthe one dying[naturally] orthe grave.
Purifyme with hyssop,and I shall be clean;Washme, and I shall be whiterthansnow.
HideYour facefrom my sinsAnd blotout allmy iniquities.
ThusHe will sprinklemanynations,Kingswill shuttheir mouthson accountof Him; For whathad not been toldthem they will see,And whatthey had not heardthey will understand.
Then for the unclean[person] they shall takesomeof the ashesof the burntpurificationfrom sinand flowingwatershall be addedto them in a vessel.
Then the clean[person] shall sprinkleon the uncleanon the thirddayand on the seventhday;and on the seventhdayhe shall purifyhim from uncleanness,and he shall washhis clothesand bathe[himself] in waterand shall be cleanby evening.
Now a manwho is cleanshall gatherup the ashesof the heiferand depositthem outsidethe campin a cleanplace,and the congregationof the sonsof Israelshall keepit as waterto remove impurity;it is purificationfrom sin.
"Sanctifythem in the truth;Your wordis truth.
"For their sakesI sanctifyMyself,that they themselvesalsomay be sanctifiedin truth.
But by His doing you are in ChristJesus,whobecameto us wisdomfrom God,and righteousnessand sanctification,and redemption,
how muchmorewill the bloodof Christ,whothroughthe eternalSpiritofferedHimselfwithout blemishto God,cleanseyour consciencefrom deadworksto servethe livingGod?
For when everycommandmenthad been spokenby Mosesto allthe peopleaccordingto the Law,he tookthe bloodof the calvesand the goats,with waterand scarletwooland hyssop,and sprinkledboththe bookitselfand allthe people,
