Whyhas my painbeenperpetualAnd my woundincurable,refusingto be healed?Will You indeedbe to me likea deceptive[stream] With waterthat is unreliable?
Whydid I evercomeforthfrom the wombTo lookon troubleand sorrow,So that my dayshave beenspentin shame?
"Therefore now,O LORD,pleasetakemy lifefrom me, for deathis betterto me thanlife."
The LORDhas takenaway[His] judgmentsagainst you, He has clearedawayyour enemies.The Kingof Israel,the LORD,is in your midst;You will feardisasternomore.
And let endurancehave[its] perfectresult,sothat you may be perfectand complete,lackingin nothing.
