Then Satanwentout from the presenceof the LORDand smoteJobwith soreboilsfrom the soleof his footto the crownof his head.
Manyare the afflictionsof the righteous,But the LORDdelivershim out of them all.
For I have been strickenalldaylong And chastenedevery morning.
From the soleof the footeven to the headThereis nothingsoundin it, [Only] bruises,weltsand rawwounds,Not pressedout or bandaged,Norsoftenedwith oil.
Is therenobalmin Gilead?Is therenophysicianthere?Whythenhas not the healthof the daughterof my peoplebeen restored?

And a manwho had beenlamefrom his mother'swombwas being carriedalong, whomthey used to set downeverydayat the gateof the templewhich is calledBeautiful,in order to begalmsof thosewho were enteringthe temple.
But the brotherof humblecircumstances is to gloryin his high position;
Listen,my belovedbrethren:did not Godchoosethe poorof thisworld[to be] richin faithand heirsof the kingdomwhichHe promisedto thosewho loveHim?
"He raisesthe poorfrom the dust,He liftsthe needyfrom the ashheapTo make them sitwith nobles,And inherita seatof honor;For the pillarsof the earthare the LORD'S,And He setthe worldon them.
