Seruglivedthirtyyears,and becamethe fatherof Nahor;
Nahorlivedtwenty-nineyears,and becamethe fatherof Terah;
Terahlivedseventyyears,and becamethe fatherof Abram,Nahorand Haran.
Now theseare [the records of] the generationsof Terah.Terahbecamethe fatherof Abram,Nahorand Haran;and Haranbecamethe fatherof Lot.
When Labanhad goneto shearhis flock,then Rachelstolethe householdidolsthat were her father's.

Abram,that is Abraham.
"Lookto Abrahamyour fatherAnd to Sarahwho gavebirthto you in pain;When[he] [was but] oneI calledhim, Then I blessedhim and multipliedhim."
and say,'Thussaysthe LordGODto Jerusalem,"Your originand your birthare from the landof the Canaanite,your fatherwas an Amoriteand your mothera Hittite.
