"Onlybe strongand verycourageous;be carefulto doaccording to allthe lawwhichMosesMy servantcommandedyou; do not turnfrom it to the rightor to the left,sothat you may havesuccesswhereveryou go.
"I am goingthe wayof allthe earth.Be strong,therefore, and showyourself a man.
"Keepthe chargeof the LORDyour God,to walkin His ways,to keepHis statutes,His commandments,His ordinances,and His testimonies,according to what is writtenin the Lawof Moses,that you may succeedin allthat you doand whereveryou turn,
He didrightin the sightof the LORDand walkedin allthe wayof his fatherDavid,nordid he turnasideto the rightor to the left.
"Thenyou will prosper,ifyou are carefulto observethe statutesand the ordinanceswhichthe LORDcommandedMosesconcerningIsrael.Be strongand courageous,do not fearnorbe dismayed.
"But you, be strongand do not losecourage,for thereis rewardfor your work."
He continuedto seekGodin the daysof Zechariah,who had understandingthrough the visionof God;and as longas he soughtthe LORD,Godprosperedhim.
The LORDsaidto Satan,"Have you consideredMy servantJob?For thereis noonelikehim on the earth,a blamelessand uprightman,fearingGodand turningawayfrom evil."
O LORDGodof hosts,restoreus; Cause Your faceto shine[upon us], and we will be saved.
Do not turnto the rightnorto the left;Turnyour footfrom evil.

"You shall therefore keepeverycommandmentwhichI am commandingyou today,sothat you may be strongand goin and possessthe landinto whichyou are about to crossto possessit;
"WhateverI commandyou, you shall be carefulto do;you shall not addto nortakeawayfrom it.
and do not turnasidefrom anyof the wordswhichI commandyou today,to the rightor to the left,to goafterothergodsto servethem.
and we tooktheir landand gaveit as an inheritanceto the Reubenites,the Gadites,and the half-tribeof the Manassites.
"So keepthe wordsof thiscovenantto dothem, that you may prosperin allthat you do.
Then Mosescalledto Joshuaand saidto him in the sightof allIsrael,"Be strongand courageous,for you shall gowith thispeopleinto the landwhichthe LORDhas swornto their fathersto givethem, and you shall giveit to them as an inheritance.

"Thisbookof the lawshall not departfrom your mouth,but you shall meditateon it dayand night,sothat you may be carefulto doaccording to allthat is writtenin it; for thenyou will makeyour wayprosperous,and thenyou will havesuccess.
"Have I not commandedyou? Be strongand courageous!Do not trembleor be dismayed,for the LORDyour Godis with you whereveryou go."
Justas the LORDhad commandedMoseshis servant,soMosescommandedJoshua,and soJoshuadid;he leftnothingundoneof allthat the LORDhad commandedMoses.
