His possessionsalso were 7,000sheep,3000camels,500yokeof oxen,500femaledonkeys,and verymanyservants;and that manwas the greatestof allthe menof the east.
"Whenyou are castdown,you will speakwith confidence,And the humblepersonHe will save.
"Does He not seemy waysAnd numberallmy steps?
"Remembernow,who[ever] perishedbeing innocent?Or wherewere the uprightdestroyed?
The LORDblessedthe latter[days] of Jobmorethanhis beginning;and he had14000sheepand 6,000camelsand 1,000yokeof oxenand 1,000femaledonkeys.
So that He setson highthose who are lowly,And those who mournare liftedto safety.
The kingis not savedby a mightyarmy;A warrioris not deliveredby greatstrength.
Behold,the eyeof the LORDis on those who fearHim, On those who hopefor His lovingkindness,
The eyesof the LORDare towardthe righteousAnd His earsare [open] to their cry.
The faceof the LORDis against evildoers,To cutoffthe memoryof them from the earth.
As for me, You upholdme in my integrity,And You setme in Your presenceforever.
"I will drivehim [like] a pegin a firmplace,And he will becomea throneof gloryto his father'shouse.
"The LORDyour Godis in your midst,A victoriouswarrior.He will exultoveryou with joy,He will be quietin His love,He will rejoiceoveryou with shoutsof joy.
But the Lordis faithful,and He will strengthenand protectyou from the evil[one].
"FOR THE EYESOF THE LORDARE TOWARDTHE RIGHTEOUS,AND HIS EARSATTEND TO THEIR PRAYER,BUT THE FACEOF THE LORDIS AGAINSTTHOSE WHO DOEVIL."
"He raisesthe poorfrom the dust,He liftsthe needyfrom the ashheapTo make them sitwith nobles,And inherita seatof honor;For the pillarsof the earthare the LORD'S,And He setthe worldon them.
