"He wrapsup the watersin His clouds,And the clouddoes not burstunderthem.
"Can anyone understandthe spreadingof the clouds,The thunderingof His pavilion?
"Whocan countthe cloudsby wisdom,Or tipthe waterjarsof the heavens,
When I madea cloudits garmentAnd thickdarknessits swaddlingband,
He causes the vaporsto ascendfrom the endsof the earth;Who makeslightningsfor the rain,Who bringsforththe windfrom His treasuries.
Who coversthe heavenswith clouds,Who providesrainfor the earth,Who makes grassto growon the mountains.
Whohas ascendedinto heavenand descended?Whohas gatheredthe windin His fists?Whohas wrappedthe watersin His garment?Whohas establishedallthe endsof the earth?Whatis His nameor His son'sname?Surelyyou know!
When He madefirmthe skiesabove,When the springsof the deepbecamefixed,
"I will layit waste; It will not be prunedor hoed,But briarsand thornswill comeup. I will also chargethe cloudsto rainnorainon it."
When He uttersHis voice,[there is] a tumultof watersin the heavens,And He causes the cloudsto ascendfrom the endof the earth; He makeslightningfor the rain,And bringsout the windfrom His storehouses.
