"He has inscribeda circleon the surfaceof the watersAt the boundaryof lightand darkness.
"Whilethe earthremains,Seedtimeand harvest,And coldand heat,And summerand winter,And dayand nightShall not cease."
"The pillarsof heaventrembleAnd are amazedat His rebuke.
Then the LORDansweredJobout of the whirlwindand said,
"Whereis the wayto the dwellingof light?And darkness,whereis its place,
That you may takeit to its territoryAnd that you may discernthe pathsto its home?
"Whereis the waythat the lightis divided,[Or] the eastwindscatteredon the earth?
He gathersthe watersof the seatogether as a heap;He laysup the deepsin storehouses.
"When He establishedthe heavens,I was there,When He inscribeda circleon the faceof the deep,
When He setfor the seaits boundarySo that the waterwould not transgressHis command,When He markedout the foundationsof the earth;
Do you not fearMe?' declaresthe LORD.'Do you not tremblein My presence?For I have placedthe sandas a boundaryfor the sea,An eternaldecree,so it cannotcrossoverit. Though the wavestoss,yet they cannotprevail;Though they roar,yet they cannotcrossoverit.
