"Whatyou knowI alsoknow;I am not inferiorto you.
"Do you hearthe secretcounselof God,And limitwisdomto yourself?
"I have not departedfrom the commandof His lips;I have treasuredthe wordsof His mouthmorethanmy necessaryfood.
"He deliversthe afflictedin their affliction,And openstheir earin [time of] oppression.
"Then indeed,He enticedyou from the mouthof distress,Insteadof it, a broadplacewith noconstraint;And that whichwas seton your tablewas fullof fatness.
"But it is stillmy consolation,And I rejoicein unsparingpain,That I have not deniedthe wordsof the HolyOne.
[When] I rememberGod,then I am disturbed;[When] I sigh,then my spiritgrowsfaint.Selah.
