Therefore He saidthat He would destroythem, Had not MosesHis chosenone stoodin the breachbeforeHim, To turnawayHis wrathfrom destroying[them].
Whowill standup for me againstevildoers?Whowill takehis standfor me againstthose who dowickedness?
O singto the LORDa newsong,For He has donewonderfulthings,His righthandand His holyarmhave gainedthe victoryfor Him.
O LORD,be graciousto us; we have waitedfor You. Be their strengthevery morning,Our salvationalsoin the timeof distress.
At the soundof the tumultpeoplesflee;At the liftingup of Yourself nationsdisperse.

"My righteousnessis near,My salvationhas goneforth,And My armswill judgethe peoples;The coastlandswill waitfor Me, And for My armthey will waitexpectantly.
Awake,awake,puton strength,O armof the LORD;Awakeas in the daysof old,the generationsof longago.Was it not You who cutRahabin pieces,Who piercedthe dragon?
The LORDhas baredHis holyarmIn the sightof allthe nations,That allthe endsof the earthmay seeThe salvationof our God.
Whohas believedour message?And to whomhas the armof the LORDbeen revealed?
The LORDhas swornby His righthandand by His strongarm,"I will neveragaingiveyour grain[as] foodfor your enemies;Norwill foreignersdrinkyour newwinefor whichyou have labored."
Thereis noonewho callson Your name,Who arouseshimself to takeholdof You; For You have hiddenYour facefrom us And have deliveredus into the powerof our iniquities.
"Roamto and frothrough the streetsof Jerusalem,And looknowand takenote.And seekin her opensquares,Ifyou can finda man,Ifthereis one who doesjustice,who seekstruth,Then I will pardonher.
