So their slainwill be thrownout, And their corpseswill giveofftheir stench,And the mountainswill be drenchedwith their blood.
Nothing[remains] but to crouchamongthe captivesOr fallamongthe slain.In [spite of] allthis,His angerdoes not turnawayAnd His handis stillstretchedout.
Wildoxenwill also fallwith them And youngbullswith strongones;Thus their landwill be soakedwith blood,And their dustbecomegreasywith fat.
"Then they will goforthand lookOn the corpsesof the menWho have transgressedagainst Me. For their wormwill not dieAnd their firewill not be quenched;And they will be an abhorrenceto allmankind."
"He will be buriedwith a donkey'sburial,Draggedoff and thrownout beyondthe gatesof Jerusalem.
"Those slainby the LORDon that daywill be from one endof the earthto the other.They will not be lamented,gatheredor buried;they will be like dungon the faceof the ground.
"Or[if] I should senda plagueagainstthat countryand pourout My wrathin bloodon it to cutoffmanand beastfrom it,
"I will leaveyou on the land;I will castyou on the openfield.And I will cause allthe birdsof the heavensto dwellon you, And I will satisfythe beastsof the wholeearthwith you.
thereforeas I live,"declaresthe LordGOD,"I will giveyou overto bloodshed,and bloodshedwill pursueyou; sinceyou have not hatedbloodshed,therefore bloodshedwill pursueyou.
"With pestilenceand with bloodI will enterinto judgmentwith him; and I will rainon him and on his troops,and on the manypeopleswhoare with him, a torrentialrain,with hailstones,fireand brimstone.
"On that dayI will giveGoga burialgroundtherein Israel,the valleyof those who passby eastof the sea,and it will blockoffthose who would passby. So they will buryGogtherewith allhis horde,and they will call[it] the valleyof Hamon-gog.
"You will fallon the mountainsof Israel,you and allyour troopsand the peopleswhoare with you; I will giveyou as foodto everykindof predatorybirdand beastof the field.
"But I will removethe northern[army] farfrom you, And I will driveit into a parchedand desolateland,And its vanguardinto the easternsea,And its rearguard into the westernsea.And its stenchwill ariseand its foulsmellwill comeup, For it has donegreatthings."
"I senta plagueamong you after the mannerof Egypt;I slewyour youngmenby the swordalongwith your capturedhorses,And I made the stenchof your campriseup in your nostrils;Yet you have not returnedto Me," declaresthe LORD.
Horsemencharging,Swordsflashing,spearsgleaming,Manyslain,a massof corpses,And countlessdeadbodies--They stumbleover the deadbodies!
And the winepresswas troddenoutsidethe city,and bloodcameout from the wine press,up to the horses'bridles,for a distanceof twohundred miles.
