He createdthem maleand female,and He blessedthem and namedthem Manin the daywhen they were created.
Godcreatedmanin His own image,in the imageof GodHe createdhim; maleand femaleHe createdthem.
Godblessedthem; and Godsaidto them, "Be fruitfuland multiply,and fillthe earth,and subdueit; and ruleover the fishof the seaand over the birdsof the skyand over everylivingthingthat moveson the earth."
Then the LORDGodtookthe manand puthim into the gardenof Edento cultivateit and keepit.
The mansaid,"Thisis nowboneof my bones,And fleshof my flesh;She shall be calledWoman,Becauseshe was takenout of Man."
When Adamhad livedone hundredand thirtyyears,he becamethe fatherof [a son] in his own likeness,according to his image,and namedhim Seth.
"But not onehas done[so] who has a remnantof the Spirit.And whatdid [that] one[do] while he was seekinga godlyoffspring?Takeheedthen to your spirit,and let noone dealtreacherouslyagainst the wifeof your youth.
And He answeredand said,"Have you not readthat He who created[them] from the beginningMADETHEM MALEAND FEMALE,
"But from the beginningof creation,[God] MADETHEM MALEAND FEMALE.
and He madefrom one[man] everynationof mankindto liveon allthe faceof the earth,having determined[their] appointedtimesand the boundariesof their habitation,
