Then the sonsof Israeldidso;and Josephgavethem wagonsaccordingto the commandof Pharaoh,and gavethem provisionsfor the journey.
"Now you are ordered,'Dothis:takewagonsfrom the landof Egyptfor your littleonesand for your wives,and bringyour fatherand come.
Do not concernyourselveswith your goods,for the bestof allthe landof Egyptis yours.'"
When they toldhim allthe wordsof Josephthat he had spokento them, and when he sawthe wagonsthat Josephhad sentto carryhim, the spiritof their fatherJacobrevived.
Then Jacobarosefrom Beersheba;and the sonsof Israelcarriedtheir fatherJacoband their littleonesand their wivesin the wagonswhichPharaohhad sentto carryhim.
So allthe serviceof the LORDwas preparedon that dayto celebratethe Passover,and to offerburntofferingson the altarof the LORDaccording to the commandof KingJosiah.
and [did so] according to the dailyrule,offering[them] up according to the commandmentof Moses,for the sabbaths,the newmoonsand the threeannualfeasts--the Feastof UnleavenedBread,the Feastof Weeksand the Feastof Booths.
Then allthe congregationof the sonsof Israeljourneyedby stagesfrom the wildernessof Sin,accordingto the commandof the LORD,and campedat Rephidim,and therewas nowaterfor the peopleto drink.
I say, "Keepthe commandof the kingbecauseof the oathbefore God.
"The LORDis righteous;For I have rebelledagainstHis command;Hearnow,allpeoples,And beholdmy pain;My virginsand my youngmenHave goneinto captivity.
They will comeagainstyou with weapons,chariotsand wagons,and with a companyof peoples.They will setthemselves againstyou on everysidewith bucklerand shieldand helmet;and I will committhe judgmentto them, and they will judgeyou according to their customs.
So Mosesnumberedthem accordingto the wordof the LORD,justas he had been commanded.
