Now when Rachelsawthat she boreJacobnochildren, she becamejealousof her sister;and she saidto Jacob,"Giveme children,or elseI die."
When she was in severelaborthe midwifesaidto her, "Do not fear,for nowyou have another son."
So Racheldiedand was buriedon the wayto Ephrath(that is, Bethlehem).

But Jacob said,"My sonshall not godownwith you; for his brotheris dead,and he aloneis left.If harmshould befallhim on the journeyyou are taking,then you will bringmy grayhairdownto Sheolin sorrow."
But Jacobdid not sendJoseph'sbrotherBenjaminwith his brothers,for he said,"I am afraid that harmmay befallhim."
and may GodAlmightygrantyou compassionin the sightof the man,so that he will releaseto you your otherbrotherand Benjamin.And as for me, ifI am bereavedof my children,I am bereaved."

They went on stoningStephenas he calledon [the Lord] and said,"LordJesus,receivemy spirit!"
