From the Godof your fatherwho helpsyou, And by the Almightywho blessesyou [With] blessingsof heavenabove,Blessingsof the deepthat liesbeneath,Blessingsof the breastsand of the womb.
Also He blessesthem and they multiplygreatly,And He does not let their cattledecrease.
Behold,childrenare a giftof the LORD,The fruitof the wombis a reward.
Your wifeshall be like a fruitfulvineWithinyour house,Your childrenlike oliveplantsAroundyour table.
It is the blessingof the LORDthat makesrich,And He addsnosorrowto it.
A goodmanleavesan inheritanceto his children'schildren,And the wealthof the sinneris storedup for the righteous.
A righteousmanwho walksin his integrity--How blessedare his sonsafterhim.
So I will turntowardyou and make you fruitfuland multiplyyou, and I will confirmMy covenantwith you.
"The LORDwill make you aboundin prosperity,in the offspringof your bodyand in the offspringof your beastand in the produceof your ground,in the landwhichthe LORDsworeto your fathersto giveyou.
"Cursed[shall be] the offspringof your bodyand the produceof your ground,the increaseof your herdand the youngof your flock.
"Blessed[shall] you [be] in the city,and blessed[shall] you [be] in the country.
"Blessed[shall be] your basketand your kneadingbowl.
"He will loveyou and blessyou and multiplyyou; He will also blessthe fruitof your womband the fruitof your ground,your grainand your newwineand your oil,the increaseof your herdand the youngof your flock,in the landwhichHe sworeto your forefathersto giveyou.
for bodilydisciplineis only of littleprofit,but godlinessis profitablefor all things,since it holdspromisefor the presentlifeand [also] for the [life] to come.
