Declaringthe endfrom the beginning,And from ancienttimesthings whichhave not been done,Saying,My purposewill be established,And I will accomplishallMy goodpleasure';

alsowe have obtained an inheritance,having been predestinedaccordingto His purposewho worksall thingsafterthe counselof His will,
"For indeed,the Sonof Manis goingas it hasbeen determined;but woeto that manby whomHe is betrayed!"
"Howthenwill the Scripturesbe fulfilled,[which say] that it musthappenthis way?"
Whohas directedthe Spiritof the LORD,Or as His counselorhas informedHim?
Thisalsocomesfrom the LORDof hosts,[Who] has made[His] counselwonderfuland [His] wisdomgreat.
Who say,"Let Him makespeed,let Him hastenHis work,that we may see[it]; And let the purposeof the HolyOneof IsraeldrawnearAnd cometo pass,that we may know[it]!"
Thereis nowisdomand nounderstandingAnd nocounselagainstthe LORD.
For the wrathof manshall praiseYou; With a remnantof wrathYou will girdYourself.
"With Him are wisdomand might;To Him belong counseland understanding.
The LORDof hostshas swornsaying,"Surely,justas I have intendedsoit has happened,and justas I have plannedso it will stand,
"Have you not heard?LongagoI didit, From ancienttimesI plannedit. NowI have broughtit to pass,That you should turnfortifiedcitiesinto ruinousheaps.
