Then Jacobsummonedhis sonsand said,"Assembleyourselves that I may tellyou whatwill befallyou in the daysto come.
"He makesmy feetlike hinds'[feet], And setsme on my highplaces.
"[He] is a towerof deliveranceto His king,And showslovingkindnessto His anointed,To Davidand his descendantsforever."
Thenon that dayDavidfirstassignedAsaphand his relativesto givethanksto the LORD.
Singto Him, singpraisesto Him; Speakof allHis wonders.
"But as for Me, I have installedMy KingUpon Zion,My holymountain."

"I have foundDavidMy servant;With My holyoilI have anointedhim,
With whomMy handwill be established;My armalsowill strengthenhim.

"For Davidhimselfsaysin the bookof Psalms,THE LORDSAIDTO MY LORD,"SITAT MY RIGHT HAND,
NowHe saidto them, "Theseare My wordswhichI spoketo you while I was stillwith you, that all thingswhich are writtenaboutMe in the Lawof Mosesand the Prophetsand the Psalmsmustbe fulfilled."
Now thisis the blessingwith whichMosesthe manof Godblessedthe sonsof Israelbeforehis death.
Let the wordof Christrichlydwellwithinyou, with allwisdomteachingand admonishingone anotherwith psalms[and] hymns[and] spiritualsongs,singingwith thankfulnessin your heartsto God.
Is anyoneamongyou suffering?[Then] he must pray.Is anyonecheerful?He is to sing praises.
