And You have not givenme overinto the handof the enemy;You have setmy feetin a largeplace.
My soul[waits] in silencefor Godonly;From Him is my salvation.
Woeto those who deeplyhidetheir plansfrom the LORD,And whose deedsare [done] in a darkplace,And they say,"Whoseesus?" or "Whoknowsus?"
Moreover, the LORDmadeit knownto me and I knewit; ThenYou showedme their deeds.
And there is nocreaturehiddenfrom His sight,but all thingsare openand laid bareto the eyesof Him with whomwe have to do.
The menof Judahsaid,"Whyhave you comeup againstus?" And they said,"We have comeup to bindSamsonin order to doto him as he didto us."
"Will the menof Keilahsurrenderme into his hand?Will Saulcomedownjustas Your servanthas heard?O LORDGodof Israel,I pray,tellYour servant."And the LORDsaid,"He will comedown."
"Nowthen, O king,comedownaccording to allthe desireof your soulto doso;and our part [shall be] to surrenderhim into the king'shand."
When it was toldSaulthat Davidhad cometo Keilah,Saulsaid,"Godhas deliveredhim into my hand,for he shuthimself in by enteringa citywith double gatesand bars."
