Yettodayhe will haltat Nob;He shakeshis fistat the mountainof the daughterof Zion,the hillof Jerusalem.

For judgment[will be] mercilessto one who has shownnomercy;mercytriumphs overjudgment.

But Sauland the peoplesparedAgagand the bestof the sheep,the oxen,the fatlings,the lambs,and allthat was good,and were not willingto destroythem utterly;but everythingdespisedand worthless,that they utterlydestroyed.

Then the kingsentsomeone to summonAhimelechthe priest,the sonof Ahitub,and allhis father'shousehold,the priestswhowere in Nob;and allof them cameto the king.
Then Doegthe Edomite,whowas standingby the servantsof Saul,said,"I sawthe sonof Jessecomingto Nob,to Ahimelechthe sonof Ahitub.
