Then he carvedallthe wallsof the houseroundaboutwith carvedengravingsof cherubim,palmtrees,and openflowers,innerand outer[sanctuaries].
There was cedaron the housewithin,carved[in the shape] of gourdsand openflowers;allwas cedar,therewas nostoneseen.
He also overlaidthe cherubimwith gold.
He overlaidthe floorof the housewith gold,innerand outer[sanctuaries].
So [he made] twodoorsof olivewood,and he carvedon them carvingsof cherubim,palmtrees,and openflowers,and overlaidthem with gold;and he spreadthe goldon the cherubimand on the palmtrees.
He madethe veilof violet,purple,crimsonand finelinen,and he workedcherubimon it.
He also overlaidthe housewith gold--the beams,the thresholdsand its wallsand its doors;and he carvedcherubimon the walls.
Blessthe LORD,you His angels,Mightyin strength,who performHis word,Obeyingthe voiceof His word!
PraiseHim, allHis angels;PraiseHim, allHis hosts!
And nowallits carvedworkThey smashwith hatchetand hammers.
"Moreover you shall makethe tabernaclewith tencurtainsof finetwistedlinenand blueand purpleand scarlet[material]; you shall makethem with cherubim,the workof a skillfulworkman.
Allthe skillfulmenamong those who were performingthe workmadethe tabernaclewith tencurtains;of finetwistedlinenand blueand purpleand scarlet[material], with cherubim,the workof a skillfulworkman,Bezalel madethem.
[There were] shutteredwindows[looking] towardthe guardrooms,and towardtheir sidepillarswithinthe gateallaround,and likewisefor the porches.And [there were] windowsallaroundinside;and on [each] sidepillar[were] palmtreeornaments.
It was carvedwith cherubimand palmtrees;and a palmtreewas betweencheruband cherub,and every cherubhad twofaces,
sothat the manifoldwisdomof Godmight nowbe made knownthroughthe churchto the rulersand the authoritiesin the heavenly[places].
Afterthese thingsI looked,and behold,a greatmultitudewhichno onecouldcount,from everynationand [all] tribesand peoplesand tongues,standingbeforethe throneand beforethe Lamb,clothedin whiterobes,and palm branches[were] in their hands;
