These twelve Jesus sent forth, commanding them, saying, "Do not go in the way of the Gentiles, and do not enter [any] city of the Samaritans.
Now after these things the Lord appointed seventy others also, and He sent them two by two before His face into every city and place where He Himself was about to come.
But a certain Samaritan, as he traveled, came by him; and when he saw him, he was moved with compassion.
And it happened while He was traveling to Jerusalem that He passed through the midst of Samaria and Galilee.
and fell down on his face at His feet, thanking Him. And he was a Samaritan.
