So they brought him to Him. And when he saw Him, immediately the spirit threw him into convulsions. And falling on the ground, he rolled about, foaming at the mouth.
And crying out, and convulsing him much, it came out of him. And he became as one dead, so that many said that he was dead.
And יהושע rebuked him, saying, “Be silenced, and come out of him!” And when the demon had thrown him in their midst, it came out of him without hurting him.
For He had commanded the unclean spirit to come out of the man. For it had seized him many times, and he was bound with chains and shackles, being guarded. And breaking the bonds, he was driven by the demon into the lonely places.
And see, a man from the crowd cried out, saying, “Teacher, I beg You, look at my son, for he is my only child.
“And I begged Your taught ones to cast it out, but they were unable.”
“You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you wish to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and has not stood in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks the lie, he speaks of his own, for he is a liar and the father of it.
