“When they go into the Tent of Appointment, or when they come near the slaughter-place to attend, to burn an offering made by fire to יהוה, they wash with water, lest they die.

“Wash yourselves, make yourselves clean; put away the evil of your doings from before My eyes. Stop doing evil!


“And I shall sprinkle clean water on you, and you shall be clean – from all your filthiness and from all your idols I cleanse you.


“He should put on the set-apart linen long shirt, with linen trousers on his flesh, and gird himself with a linen girdle, and be dressed with the linen turban – they are set-apart garments. And he shall bathe his body in water, and shall put them on.


And Mosheh said to the congregation, This is the word יהוה commanded to be done.” ”


“In that day a fountain shall be opened for the house of Dawiḏ and for the inhabitants of Yerushalayim, for sin and for uncleanness.


And such were some of you. But you were washed, but you were set apart, but you were declared right in the Name of the Master יהושע and by the Spirit of our Elohim.


in order to set it apart and cleanse it with the washing of water by the Word,


let us draw near with a true heart in completeness of belief, having our hearts sprinkled from a wicked conscience and our bodies washed with clean water.
