‘But יהוה said to him, Take your sandals off your feet, for the place where you stand is set-apart ground.


“For יהוה your Elohim walks in the midst of your camp, to deliver you and give your enemies over to you. Therefore your camp shall be set-apart, so that He does not see unclean matter among you, and shall turn away from you.


for they could not bear what was commanded, “If even a beast touches the mountain, it shall be stoned or shot through with an arrow.”


And the Captain of the host of יהוה said to Yehoshua, “Take your sandal off your foot, for the place where you stand is set-apart.” And Yehoshua did so.


And we heard this voice which came from heaven when we were with Him on the set-apart mountain.
