The victims of the wicked are abominable to the Lord: the vows of the just are acceptable.


Better is a dry morsel with joy, than a house full of victims with strife.


The sacrifices of the wicked are abominable, because they are offered of wickedness.


Therefore I am come out to meet thee, desirous to see thee, and I have found thee.


Offer sacrifice no more in vain: incense is an abomination tome. The new moons, and the sabbaths, and other festivals I will not abide, your assemblies are wicked.


This is the law of the sacrifice of peace-offerings that is offered to the Lord.


Then they led Jesus from Caiphas to the governor's hall. And it was morning; and they went not into the hall, that they might not be defiled, but that they might eat the pasch.
