And when he shall see the place of the leprosy lower than the other flesh, and the hair turned white: he shall declare him unclean, for the plague of leprosy is broken out in the ulcer.


But the Pharisees hearing it, said: This man casteth not out the devils but by Beelzebub the prince of the devils.


Then he saith: I will return into my house from whence I came out. And coming he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished.


And when they abode together in Galilee, Jesus said to them: The Son of man shall be betrayed into the hands of men:


Woe to you scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites; because you go round about the sea and the land to make one proselyte; and when he is made, you make him the child of hell twofold more than yourselves.


Blind guides, who strain out a gnat, and swallow a camel.


But he rising early the first day of the week, appeared first to Mary Magdalen, out of whom he had cast seven devils.


And he asked him: What is thy name? And he saith to him: My name is Legion, for we are many.


Then he goeth and taketh with him seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and entering in they dwell there. And the last state of that man becomes worse than the first.


For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood; but against principalities and power, against the rulers of the world of this darkness, against the spirits of wickedness in the high places.


But we are not the children of withdrawing unto perdition, but of faith to the saving of the soul.
