Thou shalt present also the calf before the tabernacle of the testimony. And Aaron and his sons shall lay their hands upon his head,


And thou shalt kill him in the sight of the Lord, beside the door of the tabernacle of the testimony.


Thou shalt take also one ram; upon the head whereof Aaron and his sons shall lay their hands.


And when thou hast killed him, thou shalt take of the blood thereof, and pour round about the altar.


Thou shalt take also the other ram, upon whose head Aaron and his sons shall lay their hands.


All we like sheep have gone astray, every one hath turned aside into his own way: and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.


And he shall immolate it at the side of the altar that looketh to the north, before the Lord: but the sons of Aaron shall pour the blood thereof upon the altar round about.


Any man whosoever of the house of Israel, if he kill an ox, or a sheep, or a goat in the camp, or without the camp,


And offer it not at the door of the tabernacle an oblation to the Lord, shall be guilty of blood. As if he had shed blood, so shall he perish from the midst of his people.


And they shall offer of the sacrifice of peace-offerings, for an oblation to the Lord: the fat that covereth the entrails, and all the fat that is within,


He shall put his hand upon the head of his victim. And it shall be slain in the entry of the tabernacle of the testimony: and the sons of Aaron shall pour the blood thereof round about upon the altar.


He offered also the second ram, in the consecration of priests: and Aaron, and his sons put their hands upon the head thereof.


And I will pour out upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace, and of prayers: and they shall look upon me, whom they have pierced: and they shall mourn for him as one mourneth for an only son, and they shall grieve over him, as the manner is to grieve for the death of the firstborn.


But the firstling of a cow and of a sheep and of a goat thou shalt not cause to be redeemed, because they are sanctified to the Lord. Their blood only thou shalt pour upon the altar: and their fat thou shalt burn for a most sweet odour to the Lord.


But the author of life you killed, whom God hath raised from the dead, of which we are witnesses.


To you first God, raising up his Son, hath sent him to bless you; that every one may convert himself from his wickedness.


Him, who knew no sin, he hath made sin for us, that we might be made the justice of God in him.
