And with every living soul that is with you, as well in all birds as in cattle and beasts of the earth, that are come forth out of the ark: and in all the beasts of the earth.


He suffered no man to hurt them: and he reproved kings for their sakes.


And he will bring forth thy justice as the light, and thy judgment as the noonday.


And then come, and accuse me, saith the Lord: if your sins be as scarlet, they shall be made as white as snow: and if they be red as crimson, they shall be white as wool.


And Sennacherib the king of the Assyrians went out and departed; and returned and dwelt in Ninive.


For before the child know to refuse the evil, and to choose the good, the land which thou abhorrest shall be forsaken of the face of her two kings.


Arise, and go to Ninive the great city, and preach in it: for the wickedness thereof is come up before me.


And God saw their works, that they were turned from their evil way: and God had mercy with regard to the evil which he had said that he would do to them, and he did it not.


And the Lord said: Thou art grieved for the ivy, for which thou hast not laboured, nor made it to grow, which in one night came up, and in one night perished.


Shouldst not thou then have had compassion also on thy fellow servant, even as I had compassion on thee?


Your children, of whom you said that they should be led away captives, and your sons who know not this day the difference of good and evil, they shall go in. And to them I will give the land: and they shall possess it.
