He went out to the spring of the waters, and cast the salt into it, and said: Thus saith the Lord: I have healed these waters, and there shall be no more in them death or barrenness.


Thus saith the Lord: Make the channel of this torrent full of ditches.


Then he returned and walked in the house, once to and fro. And he went up, and lay upon him: and the child gaped seven times, and opened his eyes.


But he said: Bring some meal. And when they had brought it, he cast it into the pot, and said: Pour out for the people, that they may eat. And there was now no bitterness in the pot.


Naaman was angry and went away, saying: I thought he would have come out to me, and standing would have invoked the name of the Lord his God, and touched with his hand the place of the leprosy, and healed me.


Then he went down, and washed in the Jordan seven times: according to the word of the man of God. And his flesh was restored, like the flesh of a little child, and he was made clean.


So Naaman came with his horses and chariots, and stood at the door of the house of Eliseus.


Moses went his way, and returned to Jethro his father-in-law and said to him: I will go and return to my brethren into Egypt, that I may see if they be yet alive. And Jethro said to him: Go in peace.


If it cease, he shall wash with water the parts that are pure, the second time: and they shall be clean.


And shall dip his right finger in it, and sprinkle it before the Lord seven times.


He shall take the cedar wood, and the hyssop, and the scarlet, and the living sparrow, and shall dip all in the blood of the sparrow that is immolated, and in the living water: and he shall sprinkle the house seven times.


Wherewith he shall sprinkle him that is to be cleansed seven times, that he may be rightly purified. And he shall let go the living sparrow, that it may fly into the field.


He shall take also of the blood of the calf, and sprinkle with his finger seven times towards the propitiatory to the east.


And sprinkling with his finger seven times, let him expiate, and sanctify it from the uncleanness of the children of Israel.


And in this manner he that is clean shall purify the unclean on the third and on the seventh day. And being expiated the seventh day, he shall wash both himself and his garments, and be unclean until the evening.


And dipping his finger in her blood, shall sprinkle it over against the door of the tabernacle seven times.


And an angel of the Lord descended at certain times into the pond; and the water was moved. And he that went down first into the pond after the motion of the water, was made whole, of whatsoever infirmity he lay under.


And said to him: Go, wash in the pool of Siloe, which is interpreted, Sent. He went therefore, and washed, and he came seeing.


And such some of you were; but you are washed, but you are sanctified, but you are justified in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, and the Spirit of our God.


And on the seventh day the priests shall take the seven trumpets, which are used in the jubilee, and shall go before the ark of the covenant: and you shall go about the city seven times, and the priests shall sound the trumpets.
