2 And Hezekiah was glad of them, and showed them the house of his precious things, the silver, and the gold, and the spices, and the precious oil, and all the house of his armor, and all that was found in his treasures: there was nothing in his house, nor in all his dominion, that Hezekiah showed them not.

And when the queen of Sheba heard of the fame of Solomon, she came to prove Solomon with hard questions at Jerusalem, with a very great train, and camels that bare spices, and gold in abundance, and precious stones: and when she was come to Solomon, she communed with him of all that was in her heart.

If I have rejoiced because my wealth was great, And because my hand had gotten much;


Keep thy heart with all diligence; For out of it are the issues of life.


Surely there is not a righteous man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not.


The heart is deceitful above all things, and it is exceedingly corrupt: who can know it?


And by reason of the exceeding greatness of the revelations, that I should not be exalted overmuch, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, a messenger of Satan to buffet me, that I should not be exalted overmuch.


If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
