But the words of Esau her older son were told to Rebekah. So she sent and called Jacob her younger son and said to him, “Behold, your brother Esau comforts himself about you by planning to kill you.


But to the king of Judah, who sent you to inquire of the Lord, thus shall you say to him, Thus says the Lord, the God of Israel: Regarding the words that you have heard,


The Almighty—we cannot find him; he is great in power; justice and abundant righteousness he will not violate.


My heart overflows with a pleasing theme; I address my verses to the king; my tongue is like the pen of a ready scribe.


And as for the resurrection of the dead, have you not read what was said to you by God:


Now after several years I came to bring alms to my nation and to present offerings.


As regards the gospel, they are enemies for your sake. But as regards election, they are beloved for the sake of their forefathers.


Contribute to the needs of the saints and seek to show hospitality.


that I may be delivered from the unbelievers in Judea, and that my service for Jerusalem may be acceptable to the saints,


Only, they asked us to remember the poor, the very thing I was eager to do.


So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone, and especially to those who are of the household of faith.


Now concerning the times and the seasons, brothers, you have no need to have anything written to you.


But the anointing that you received from him abides in you, and you have no need that anyone should teach you. But as his anointing teaches you about everything, and is true, and is no lie—just as it has taught you, abide in him.


And as for the matter of which you and I have spoken, behold, the Lord is between you and me forever.”
