As the divisions of waters, so the heart of the king is in the hand of the Lord: whithersoever he will he shall turn it.
But he shall not take it so, and his heart shall not think so: but his heart shall be set to destroy and to cut off nations not a few.
Who shew from the beginning the things that shall be at last, and from ancient times the things that as yet are not done, saying: My counsel shall stand, and all my will shall be done.
