Therefore will God destroy thee for ever: he will pluck thee out, and remove thee from thy dwelling place: and thy root out of the land of the living.


Behold the man that made not God his helper: But trusted in the abundance of his riches: and prevailed in his vanity.


He shall sprinkle many nations: kings shall shut their mouth at him. For they to whom it was not told of him have seen: and they that heard not have beheld.


And they shall take of the ashes of the burning and of the sin-offering: and shall pour living waters upon them into a vessel.


And in this manner he that is clean shall purify the unclean on the third and on the seventh day. And being expiated the seventh day, he shall wash both himself and his garments, and be unclean until the evening.


And a man that is clean shall gather up the ashes of the cow, and shall pour them forth without the camp in a most clean place: that they may be reserved for the multitude of the children of Israel, and for a water of aspersion: because the cow was burnt for sin.


Sanctify them in truth. Thy word is truth.


And for them do I sanctify myself, that they also may be sanctified in truth.


But of him are you in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and justice, and sanctification, and redemption:


How much more shall the blood of Christ, who by the Holy Ghost offered himself unspotted unto God, cleanse our conscience from dead works, to serve the living God?


For when every commandment of the law had been read by Moses to all the people, he took the blood of calves and goats, with water, and scarlet wool and hyssop, and sprinkled both the book itself and all the people,
