12 But if her husband nulls-nulls them on the day he heard them, then whatever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vows, or concerning the bond of her soul, will not stand. Her husband has nulled them. YHWH will forgive her.
12 But if her husband hath utterly made them void on the day he heard them; then whatsoever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vows, or concerning the bond of her soul, shall not stand: her husband hath made them void; and the LORD shall forgive her.
12 But if her husband positively made them void on the day he heard them, then whatever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vows or concerning her pledge of herself shall not stand. Her husband has annulled them, and the Lord will forgive her.

12 If her husband breaks them on the day he hears them, then whatever she said with regard to her solemn promises or the binding obligations for herself will not stand. Her husband has broken them. The LORD will forgive her.
But we will perform-perform every word that has come out of our mouth. We will burn incense to the queen of the sky and pour out drink offerings to her, as we have done, we and our ancestors, our kings and our officials, in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem. For then we had plenty of food, and were well, and saw no disaster.
The women said, “When we burned incense to the queen of the sky and poured out drink offerings to her, did we make her cakes to worship her, and pour out drink offerings to her, without our husbands?”
The priest will make atonement for all the congregation of the children of Israel, and they will be forgiven, because it was unintentional. They have brought their offering, a food offering for YHWH, and their sin offering before YHWH, for their unintentional sin.
and her husband heard it, and held his peace at her and didn’t disallow her, then all her vows will stand, and every pledge by which she bound her soul will stand.
But if her father forbids her in the day that he hears, none of her vows or of her pledges by which she has bound her soul, will stand. YHWH will forgive her, because her father has forbidden her.
But if her husband forbids her in the day that he hears it, then he makes void her vow which is on her and the rash utterance of her lips, with which she has bound her soul. YHWH will forgive her.
Elkanah her husband said to her, “Do what seems good to you. Wait until you have weaned him; only may YHWH establish his word.” So the woman waited and nursed her son until she weaned him.
