You also multiplied their children as the stars of the sky, and brought them into the land concerning which you said to their fathers that they should go in to possess it.


Hᴇ increases the nations, and ʜᴇ destroys them. Hᴇ enlarges the nations, and ʜᴇ leads them captive.


Hᴇ blesses them also, so that they are multiplied greatly. Hᴇ doesn’t allow their livestock to decrease.


I rejoice at your word, as one who finds great plunder.


You have put gladness in my heart, more than when their grain and their new wine abound.


YHWH Almighty will stir up a scourge against him, as in the slaughter of Midian at the rock of Oreb. His rod will be over the sea, and he will lift it up like he did against Egypt.


In that day you will say, “I will give thanks to you, YHWH, for though you were angry with me, your anger has turned away and you comfort me.


YHWH has broken the staff of the wicked, the scepter of the rulers,


It will be said in that day, “Look, this is our God! We have waited for ʜɪᴍ, and ʜᴇ will save us! This is YHWH! We have waited for ʜɪᴍ. We will be glad and rejoice in his salvation!”


You have increased the nation, O YHWH. You have increased the nation! You are glorified! You have enlarged all the borders of the land.


Then YHWH’s ransomed ones will return, and come with singing to Zion; and everlasting joy will be on their heads. They will obtain gladness and joy, and sorrow and sighing will flee away.”


It will blossom-blossom, and rejoice with joy and singing. Lebanon’s glory will be given to it, the excellence of Carmel and Sharon. They will see YHWH’s glory, the excellence of our God.


“Sing, barren, you who didn’t give birth! Break out into singing, and cry aloud, you who didn’t travail with child! For more are the children of the desolate than the children of the married wife,” says YHWH.


For y’all will go out with joy, and be led out with peace. The mountains and the hills will break out before y’all into singing; and all the trees of the fields will clap their hands.


I will rejoice-rejoice in YHWH! My soul will be joyful in my God, for ʜᴇ has clothed me with the garments of salvation. Hᴇ has covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decks himself with a garland and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.


Instead of shame y’all will have a double portion. Instead of dishonor, they will rejoice in their portion. Therefore in their land they will possess double. Everlasting joy will be to them.


Look! My servants will sing for joy of heart, but y’all will cry from anguish of the heart, and will wail for a crushed spirit.


But y’all be glad and rejoice forever in what I will create; For I will create Jerusalem to be a delight, and her people a joy.


“Rejoice with Jerusalem, and be glad for her, all y’all who love her. Rejoice for joy with her, all y’all who mourn over her;


For YHWH says, “Y’all sing with gladness for Jacob, and shout for the chief of the nations. Y’all proclaim, praise, and say, ‘YHWH, save your people, the remnant of Israel!’


As they were multiplied, so they sinned against me. I will change their glory into shame.


I am YHWH y’all’s God, who brought y’all out of the land of Egypt, so that y’all would not be their slaves. I have broken the bars of y’all’s yoke and enabled y’all walk upright.


I will signal for them and gather them, for I have redeemed them. They will increase as they were before.


Many nations will join themselves to YHWH in that day, and will become my people. Then I will dwell among you, and you will know that YHWH Almighty has sent me to you.


YHWH Almighty says: “In those days, ten people from all the languages and nations will grab the robe of a Jew and say, ‘Let us go with y’all, because we have heard that God is with y’all.’”


But when someone stronger attacks him and conquers him, he takes all his armor on which relied and divides up his plunder.


So there was great joy in that city.


Y’all rejoice in the Lord always! Again I will say, “Rejoice y’all!”


Though y’all haven’t seen him, y’all love him. And though y’all don’t see him now, through believing in him, y’all rejoice greatly with inexpressible and glorious joy,


“Listen, y’all kings! Give ear, y’all princes! I, even I, will sing to YHWH. [I will sing praise to YHWH, the God of Israel.


They blew the three hundred trumpets, and YHWH set every man’s sword against his fellow and against all the army; and the army fled as far as Beth Shittah toward Zererah, as far as the border of Abel Meholah, by Tabbath.


Zebah and Zalmunna fled and he pursued them. He took the two kings of Midian, Zebah and Zalmunna, and confused all the army.


When he had brought him down, there they were, spread around over all the ground, eating, drinking, and dancing, because of all the great plunder that they had taken out of the land of the Philistines, and out of the land of Judah.
