The princes of Pharaoh saw her and praised her to Pharaoh; and the woman was taken into Pharaoh’s house.


YHWH afflicted Pharaoh and his house with great plagues because of Sarai, Abram’s wife.


but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. For the day you eat from it, you will die-die.”


For YHWH had closed-closed all the wombs of the house of Abimelech, because of Sarah, Abraham’s wife.


But God came to Abimelech in a dream of the night, and said to him, “You are about to be a dead man, because of the woman whom you have taken, for she is married to another man.”


Abimelech rose early in the morning, and called all his servants, and told all these things in their ear. The men were very scared.


“Hear us, my lord. You are a prince of God among us. Bury your dead in the best of our tombs. None of us will withhold from you his tomb. Bury your dead.”


David spoke to YHWH when he saw the angel who struck the people, and said, “Look, I have sinned, and I have done wrong. But these sheep, what have they done? Please let your hand be against me, and against my father’s house.”


The king answered the man of God, “Now intercede for the favor of YHWH your God, and pray for me, that my hand may be restored me again.” The man of God interceded with YHWH, and the king’s hand was restored to him again, and became as it was before.


But Naaman was angry, and went away and said, “Look, I thought, ‘He will come-come out to me, and stand, and call on the name of YHWH his God, and wave his hand over the place, and heal the leper.’


“Y’all are not to touch my anointed ones! Y’all must not harm my prophets!”


For a multitude of the people, even many of Ephraim, Manasseh, Issachar, and Zebulun, had not cleansed themselves, yet they ate the Passover other than the way it is written. For Hezekiah had prayed for them, saying, “May the good YHWH pardon everyone


Hᴇ is not partial to princes, and doesn’t respect the rich more than the poor, for they all are the work of ʜɪꜱ hands.


Now therefore, y’all take seven bulls and seven rams, and go to my servant Job, and offer up for yourselves a burnt offering. My servant Job will pray for y’all, for I will accept him, so that I not deal with y’all according to your* folly. For y’all have not spoken truth about me, as my servant Job has.”


The friendship of YHWH is with those who fear ʜɪᴍ. Hᴇ will reveal ʜɪꜱ covenant to them.


Moses’ father-in-law said to him, “The thing that you do is not good.


He will be your spokesman to the people. It will happen that he will be to you a mouth, and you will be to him as God.


YHWH said to Moses, “See, I have made you like a God to Pharaoh, and Aaron your brother will be your prophet.


YHWH said to me, “Don’t pray for this people for their good.


Then YHWH said to me, “Though Moses and Samuel stood before me, yet my mind would not turn toward this people. Cast them out of my sight, and let them go out!


But if they are prophets and if the word of YHWH is with them, let them now plead with YHWH Almighty, that the vessels which are left in the house of YHWH, in the house of the king of Judah and in Jerusalem, don’t go to Babylon.


When I tell the wicked, ‘You will surely die;’ and you give him no warning, nor speak to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life, that wicked man will die in his iniquity; but I will require his blood at your hand.


When I tell the wicked, ‘O wicked man, you will surely die,’ and you don’t speak to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked man will die in his iniquity, but I will require his blood at your hand.


then when they sin and realize their guilt, they are to restore what was stolen, or taken by oppression, or the deposit which was committed to them, or the lost thing they found,


the priest is to make atonement for them before YHWH, and they will be forgiven concerning whatever they did to become guilty.”


Then Simon answered, “Y’all pray to the Lord for me, so that nothing y’all said will happen to me.”


The one who speaks in another tongue edifies themself, but the one who prophesies edifies the church.


In various ways and at many times in the past, God spoke to our ancestors through the prophets,


Marriage is to be held in honor among all, and the marriage bed is to be undefiled, for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers.


If anyone sees their sibling sinning a sin not leading to death, they are to ask God, and ʜᴇ will give life to the person whose sin does not lead to death. There is sin leading to death. I am not saying that anyone should make a request about that.


All the people said to Samuel, “You must pray for your servants to YHWH your God, so that we not die. For we have added to all our others sins this evil by asking for a king.”


As for me, far be it from me that I should sin against YHWH by ceasing to pray for y’all. I will instruct y’all in the good and the right way.


Samuel said, “Y’all gather all Israel to Mizpah, and I will pray to YHWH for y’all.”


The children of Israel said to Samuel, “Don’t stop crying to YHWH our God for us, that he will save us out of the hand of the Philistines.”
