I will establish my covenant between me and you and your offspring after you throughout their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God to you and to your offspring after you.


I will give to you, and to your offspring after you, the land where you are traveling, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession. I will be their God.”


What one nation in the earth is like your people, even like Israel, whom God went to redeem to himself for a people, and to make ʜɪᴍꜱᴇʟꜰ a name, and to do great things for y’all, and awesome things for your land, before your people, whom you redeemed for yourself from Egypt, from the nations and their gods?


“Now, YHWH God, the word that you have spoken concerning your servant, and concerning his house, confirm it forever, and do as you have spoken.


For you made your people Israel your own people forever; and you, YHWH, became their God.


For this God is our God forever and ever. Hᴇ will be our guide even to death.


Y’H is my strength and song. He has become my salvation. This is my God, and I will praise him; my father’s God, and I will exalt him.


I will take y’all as my people. I will be y’all’s God, and y’all will know that I am YHWH, y’all’s God, who brought y’all out from under the forced labor of the Egyptians.


Indeed, God is my salvation. I will trust, and will not be afraid. For Y’H, YHWH, is my strength and song, and ʜᴇ has become my salvation.”


“At that time,” says YHWH, “I will be the God of all the families of Israel, and they will be my people.”


“Instead, this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days,” says YHWH: “I will put my law within them, and I will write it in their heart. I will be their God, and they will be my people.


Then they will be my people, and I will be their God.


Yet the number of the children of Israel will be like the sand of the sea, which cannot be measured or counted. And in the place where it was said to them, ‘Y’all are not my people,’ they will be called ‘Children of the living God.’


I will bring the third part into the fire, and will refine them like silver is refined, and will test them like gold is tested. They will call on my name, and I will hear them. I will say, ‘It is my people;’ and they will say, ‘YHWH is my God.’”


Yet to all who received him and believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God—


YHWH has declared today that you are a people for ʜɪꜱ own possession, as ʜᴇ has promised you, and that you are to keep all ʜɪꜱ commandments.


Moses and the Levitical priests spoke to all Israel, saying, “Be silent and listen, Israel! Today you have become the people of YHWH your God.


Is this the way y’all repay YHWH, y’all foolish and unwise people? Isn’t ʜᴇ your father who has bought you? Hᴇ has made you and established you.


Formerly, not a people, now the people of God. Formerly not receiving mercy, but now receiving mercy.
