Y’all meant to harm me, but God meant it for good, to save many people alive, as is happening today.


Therefore YHWH was very angry with Israel, and removed them out of his sight. There was none left but the tribe of Judah only.


YHWH rejected all the offspring of Israel, afflicted them, and delivered them into the hands of raiders, until he had cast them out of his sight.


until YHWH removed Israel out of his sight, as he said by all his servants the prophets. So Israel was carried away out of their own land to Assyria to this day.


Have I now come up without YHWH against this place to destroy it? YHWH said to me, ‘Go up against this land, and destroy it.’”’”


Moreover Manasseh shed innocent blood very much, until he had filled Jerusalem from one end to another; in addition to his sin with which he made Judah to sin, in doing that which was evil in YHWH’s sight.


For through the anger of YHWH, this happened in Jerusalem and Judah, until he had cast them out from his presence. Then Zedekiah rebelled against the king of Babylon.


For the army of the Syrians came with a small company of men; and YHWH delivered a very great army into their hand, because they had forsaken YHWH, the God of their fathers. So they executed judgment on Joash.


As he talked with him, the king said to him, “Have we made you one of the king’s counselors? Stop! Why should you be struck down?” Then the prophet stopped, and said, “I know that God has determined to destroy you, because you have done this and have not listened to my counsel.”


you must not bow yourself down to them, nor serve them, for I, YHWH your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children, on the third and on the fourth generation of those who hate me,


I form the light and create darkness. I make peace and create calamity. I am YHWH, who does all these things.


For this city has been to me a provocation of my anger and of my wrath from the day that they built it even to this day, so that I should remove it from before my face,

You are to say, ‘Lord YHWH says: “A city that sheds blood within herself, bringing her time, and that makes idols that defile her!


“‘Therefore Lord YHWH says: “Woe to the bloody city, to the cauldron whose rust is in it, and whose rust hasn’t gone out of it! Take out of it piece after piece without casting lots for it.


Does the trumpet alarm sound in a city, without the people being afraid? Does evil happen to a city, and YHWH hasn’t done it?


Y’all must get up go! For this is not a resting place, because uncleanness destroys with a grievous destruction.


This is what will happen: Just as YHWH rejoiced over y’all to prosper and multiply y’all, so YHWH will rejoice over y’all to destroy and annihilate y’all. Y’all will be torn from the land that you are going in to possess.


YHWH rooted them out of their land in anger, in wrath, and in great indignation, and thrust them into another land, as it is today.”


But just as all the good things have come on y’all that YHWH y’all’s God promised y’all, so YHWH will bring on y’all all the evil things, until ʜᴇ has destroyed y’all from off this good land which YHWH y’all’s God has given y’all,
